Paul Moore Executive Vice President Upstream Energy & Resources, CEO Todd Energy
Paul Moore joined Todd Corporation in 2011 as Executive Vice President Upstream Energy and Resources. Since taking on the role, Paul’s focus has been on growing the Taranaki business, with emphasis on commercialising and developing the Mangahewa Field, and on international growth.
Paul has held a number of senior executive positions in the international oil and gas sector during the last thirty years. Prior to joining Todd, he was Managing Director of ASX Junior, Otto Energy, Executive Vice President Development (Woodside), Vice President Development Projects and Technical Services (Santos). Paul was employed by Fletcher Challenge for 11 years during which time he was a Director of Maui Development Limited (New Zealand, five years) and also held various upstream management roles in New Zealand and Brunei, Borneo.
He began his oil and gas career with Shell International where he was employed as a Petroleum Engineer, in the North Sea, North Africa, and in New Zealand.
Paul has a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (2:1 honours) and a Diploma of Engineering (Southampton, UK). He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Engineered and SPE member (30 years).
Paul is also a Non-Executive Director of Cue Energy Resources Limited, an ASX Junior. |

David Salisbury General Manager Commercial and Planning David Salisbury has over 20 years’ experience in the exploration and production industry. Before joining Todd Energy, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of New Zealand Oil & Gas Limited from 2007 until the end of 2011. David has previously held senior roles in New Zealand and internationally, including Vice President Business Development at OMV, Vice President of Preussag Energie’s New Zealand subsidiary and in various roles for Fletcher Challenge Energy. David holds law and commerce degrees from Victoria University. |

Winfred Boeren General Manager Development
Winfred Boeren graduated as a petroleum engineer and has 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. After postings for Shell International in Oman, New Zealand and the UK, he joined Todd Energy in 2002 as Onshore Assets Manager. In this role Winfred’s responsibilities have included the McKee oil field, the Mangahewa gas-condensate field, Todd’s 50% interest in the Kapuni field, Todd’s transition to Operator of the McKee and Mangahewa fields, and initiating the Mangahewa Expansion Project. Winfred holds a Master of Science from the Technical University of Delft, the Netherlands. |

Andrew Clennett General Manager Operations
Andrew Clennett has worked in the oil and gas sector for nearly 20 years. Prior to joining Todd Energy Andrew held senior management roles with Woodside Energy. He began his career as a drilling engineer and has led drilling and development projects in a number of countries. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) (Mechanical/Electrical) from the University of Tasmania, Australia and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). |

Janet Carson Communications Manager
Janet Carson has a background in the energy sector and over a decade of experience in reputation management and stakeholder relations experience. Prior to joining Todd Energy Janet was Group Manager Communications at Contact Energy and has previously worked for Shell International in the Netherlands. Janet has also worked in the New Zealand public sector and in communication roles internationally. She is a qualified barrister and solicitor. David Bradley Manager Health, Safety, Community and Administration
David Bradley has 24 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry and has held various regional management positions for Halliburton in Health, Safety, Environment and Service Quality (HSE/SQ) working throughout Australasia, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Eurasia. He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of HSE/SQ management systems, behaviour based safety performance programs, risk management, competency programs, and delivering training and incident management.
