Taranaki is a special place to Todd Energy and we have had a long and positive association with the region for more than 50 years. Along with injecting millions of dollars into the Taranaki economy each year through employment and using locally based suppliers where possible, we are also very committed to helping make the Taranaki region a great place to live. Our partnerships with Coastguard Taranaki, the Todd Energy Aquatic Centre, WOMAD and the Len Lye Centre are a big part of this.
Todd Energy is a major partner of Coastguard Taranaki’s new state-of-the-art rescue vessel – ‘Todd Energy Rescue’.
Fun for all ages, families from Taranaki enjoy the Todd Energy Aquatic Centre all year round. Todd Energy has been the naming rights sponsor of the centre since 2006.
Critical ambulance services throughout Taranaki are supported by a partnership between St John and Todd Energy.
Todd Energy supports the Taranaki Kart Club by sponsoring the Todd Energy Raceway in Waitara.
Since 2003 Todd Energy has been a major partner of WOMAD (World of Music, Arts & Dance) which takes place in New Plymouth every year.
In 2011 Todd Energy announced its support of the proposed Len Lye Centre, which will be the world centre for the care, display, research and development of the works and ideas of Len Lye.
